Trim ribs, and sprinkle liberally with Southern Whiskey BBQ Seasoning. Preheat the grill for indirect heat; place the ribs on the cool side of the grill and grill, covered 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Brush with about 1/2 cup Spicy Chipotle Barbecue Sauce; grill, uncovered, until ribs are tender, about 30 minutes.
Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until just tender when pierced with tip of a sharp knife, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool; cut in half and toss with olive oil and 2 to 3 teaspoons Southern Whiskey BBQ Seasoning. When ribs are cooked, grill potatoes, cut sides down, until hot and seared. Serve with ribs.
